For Father's Day this year we decided trail more appropriate for my mostly stock 4Runner than our attempt at Red Elephant that kicked my butt last year.  On the plus side Kristi was very well prepared with her new Rubicon Wrangler and had no issue with The Chutes or the Whoop-De-Doo's immediately afterward, whereas I needed to navigate my way through both carefully to maintain traction.  Luckily I enjoy a challenge.  Having been to the lake once before I was really looking forward to the lunch stop and scenery at the top.
