I loved the electric lockers in my 80 series Landcruiser, but I also loved the auto-locker in my '98 XJ just as well and maybe even more because I never had to think about it.  It worked when I needed it to and disengaged when it wasn't needed, so I decided to save a bunch of cash and go with a "lunchbox" locker again.  I'm easily as excited about this upgrade as much as the lift I installed because a rear locker makes such huge impact on off-road traction!

UPDATE: Since installing this locker, I've come to realize that it's not the same experience that I had with the Auto-locker that I had in my XJ, which was quiet and smooth.  This locker click, pops and bangs loudly all the time and quite frankly, it's just too much for this daily driver, which I also use for Uber.  So, I'll be swapping it out for a Toyota E-Locker, which will require some custom differential housing work, but will be well worth it.
